Digital Customer Experience in Kuwait
Digital Upgrade

A slow site or a clumsy app loses customers quietly, and the analytics rarely tell you why. We walk your digital journey on real devices, find the steps where people hesitate, mis-tap, or give up, and fix the specific things costing you conversions, not a vague redesign. The test is simple: can a first-time user do what they came to do without thinking about it.

A right-to-left interface is not a mirrored left-to-right one

Most Arabic digital work in Kuwait is a translated English build. The layout technically functions and feels wrong to every Arabic-first user in a way they will not articulate and will act on. Numerals, form field order, icon direction, where the eye lands first, none of it transfers cleanly. This is the single most common and least examined source of lost conversions on Kuwaiti sites, and it is invisible to anyone testing in English.

The second constraint is mobile. A large majority of browsing here happens on a phone, frequently on mobile data rather than wifi, which makes page weight a conversion problem rather than a technical footnote. A site that loads acceptably in an office in Kuwait City behaves differently in a car park in Jahra.

Analytics will show you the drop-off and not the cause. You see that people leave the form. You do not see that the form asked for a civil ID number before explaining why, or that the submit button sits below the fold on the most common handset, or that somebody mis-tapped because the target was too small for a thumb.

So we walk the journey on real devices, in both languages, and identify the specific steps where users hesitate, repeat an action or abandon. We test Arabic as a first-class path rather than a mirrored afterthought. We measure load and interaction on mobile data, not office wifi. Then we fix what is costing conversions rather than proposing a redesign for its own sake, which is the more profitable recommendation and usually the wrong one.

The test we apply is narrow: can a first-time user do what they came to do without thinking about it. Not can they eventually work it out. Most sites fail that at two or three specific points, and repairing those points is cheaper and considerably faster than rebuilding.

Where the problem spans channels rather than living inside the site, omni-channel alignment is the right entry point, and a journey audit will establish which it is.
